Q: How do I find a suitable training Program?

Q: How do I register a public Program?
After you review the contents of a public training program from our website, simply click on the register button to book the public program. You will be able to fill our online registration form covering delegates and organization information.
Q: How do I inquire about an In-house Program?
After you review the contents of our training programs from our website, you can make your inquiry by simply click on the in-house program register button to fill an online in-house program registration form or send us your inquiry via email to:

Q:What is included in the fee?
Our fees cover your expert tuition by a senior consultant, a high quality manual and handouts to be used during the workshop and afterwards as a reference document. We also provide refreshments and lunch on the training days.
Q:How can I pay?
After registration, your company will be invoiced and we accept a variety of payment methods, including; bank transfer, bankers draft, cheque or cash.
Q:Who are the StrategicTalk Trainers?
We have a team of highly qualified senior trainers and consultants to facilitate our public and in-house programs. All our trainers have a minimum of 15-20 years of hands-on experience with up-to-date knowledge of current best practices. Profiles of specific trainers are available upon request.
In addition, all consultants are evaluated after every training program to monitor their performance.
Q: What is StrategicTalk cancellation policy?
Registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the public program are subject to a US$ 100 administration charge. Registration fees for registrations cancelled 7 days or less before the public program must be paid in full. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time.
There is no penalty if you cancel or reschedule your in-house workshop within 30 days of the scheduled start of the workshop. If you need to cancel your in-house workshop less than 30 days in advance, there will be a cancellation fee of $2000/. Any costs incurred on your behalf such as airfare, shipping charges, etc., will also be billed to you.
Q: Who is responsible for travel, Visa & accommodation?
As a delegate you are responsible for your travel, visa and accommodation. For special delegate room rate at selected hotels please contact the hotel. Delegates requiring visas should contact the hotel directly as soon as possible.
